Our diversity program recognizes that all of our key constituencies—employees, customers, vendors, government agencies and community partners—play a part in strengthening our company. We rely on the diverse strengths and talents of the entire Compuware team to enhance the personal success of our employees, to foster business opportunities and to deliver value to our customers.
Leadership Commitment to Diversity
The value Compuware places on diversity and our commitment to creating a more inclusive business environment emanates from the top and extends throughout the organization.
The Compuware Board of Directors is diverse in gender, ethnicity and age. To underscore the board's commitment to diversity, it has created the Diversity and Community Relations subcommittee, which is responsible for formulating strategies for Compuware diversity objectives. The subcommittee works in partnership with the corporate leaders of diversity, human resources, recruiting, procurement and community relations.
The Office of Diversity coordinates the overall diversity program with the mission to create, retain and engage a diverse and inclusive workforce, foster diverse business relations and develop community partnerships.

Inclusion Training
Compuware works to ensure that our work environment is inclusive and diverse. Through our Managing Inclusion and Embracing Inclusion courses, we teach our managers and employees how to create an inclusive environment that considers differences.
The Managing Inclusion course is offered for managers and focuses on how the inclusion of all employees is directly connected to Compuware's organizational strength and competitiveness. The Embracing Inclusion web-based training is offered for individual performers and focuses on what individual team members can do to help create and maintain an inclusive environment.
Employee Resource Groups
